SUMMER INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE PROGRAM – The Arc Allegany-Steuben is currently accepting applications for its Summer Internship Experience Program. This program is for youth residing in Allegany County who have a diagnosed disability and documented need for on-the-job training supports. Students do not have to be OPWDD eligible for participation. We are accepting applications until June 1st. Program participation will be granted on a first come first served basis. Once the slots are full, we will have a waitlist. PRE-ETS PROGRAM – If you have a son/daughter between the ages of 14-21 with a diagnosed disability, and a resident in Allegany, Broome, Chemung, Chenango, Delaware, Otsego, Schuyler, Steuben, Tioga, or Thompkins counties, then this FREE program is for them! We can help your child increase their Self-Advocacy/Self-Awareness, get ready for Workplace Readiness as well as Job Exploration, plus so much more! In addition, we offer classes online, or near you!
